AT MDEAS, TRICIA WAS THE PROJECT ARCHITECT ON THE RENOVATION AND UPDATE OF AN EXISTING LANDMARKED STANFORD WHITE LOBBY AND EXTERIOR ENTRY AT 110 FIFTH AVENUE. Working within the constraints of a landmarked entry, we increased visibility into the lobby via the insertion of a window panel at the backside of an existing grate. On the interior, the ceiling operates as the spatial organizer taking cues from the existing elevator configuraion and affording additional height and glowing illumination to this modern lobby.
