AT MDEAS, TRICIA WAS THE PROJECT ARCHITECT ON THE Renovation and update of an existing landmarked lobby and exterior storefront at 920 BROADWAY. RemovING the mezzanine slab and opening the egress stair into the lobby, THE SMALL 1000 sf LOBBY is spatially maximized. Working within the constraints of a landmarked exterior, we utilized materials and transitions of transparency to enhance and conceal as required within this limited spatial volume.
